By commissioning or purchasing from KylerBon Creations and making a down payment, you fully agree to the commission process and these terms and conditions.

KylerBon Creations will only work with clients over the age of 18. In the instance of a client being under the age limit, we will need explicit permission and agreement from a parental figure.

We absolutely will not work with characters you do not own. Make sure you are commissioning with a character that belongs to you. We also will not make any licensed characters including, but not limited to movie, video game, or cartoon characters, etc.

We ask that you provide a clear, front, back, and side reference sheet or images. If your reference is not clear or is traditional, we are able to make a sketched reference for $20. In the case of small part references, we can make a reference for $5.

Quotes are open year round and are 100% free. You are able to submit a quote form here. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. In no way are you agreeing to commission me by submitting a quote form, nor are we agreeing to take on your commission. It is only meant for your future reference to give you an idea on what your commission may cost. Quotes are valid for 4 months after you receive them.

My base prices can be found here: kylerbon.com/prices . The price will go up depending on how many colors your character has, any horns, spikes, antlers, claws, other add-ons, etc. I will not negotiate prices. This is our livelihood and our prices reflect the quality you will be receiving.Payment is carried out through PayPal by invoice. We are open to payment plans weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. All supplies are ordered once 50% of payment has been received, and work is started when 100% is received. Your place in the queue is set once full payment is received. Once work is started we do not accept refunds. Your down payment is used to purchase the supplies for your commission and is non-refundable.We also provide payment plans if you are purchasing a premade character and/or fursuit/fursuit parts. You must stick to your payment plan that you agree on. We understand life happens so please always let us know right away if your payment will be late or short. If you stop responding and miss more than 3 payments on a weekly/bi-weekly payment plan or 2 payments on a monthly, your payment plan may be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

We will fur pre-existing casted head bases on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in providing a base, please submit a quote form, check the “providing a base” section and include pictures in the reference upload section. We do not always accept bases and do not work with realistic resin head bases.

For all parts except for bodysuits and tails, we will need measurements. We ask that you use a soft tape measure to get accurate measurements. They are very cheap, but if you decide not to use one, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing. If you are getting a bodysuit or fullsuit, we require a DTD (duct tape dummy). If you are unfamiliar with a DTD, or how to make it, please refer to this video. You are responsible for shipping the DTD and making it correctly. If it is done incorrectly we may charge a small fee to fix it or if it is unusable we may require you to send another one. Please pay attention and make your DTD correctly to ensure a good fit.

We do not tolerate design, character or species changes after a commission is accepted. If you want to make any changes please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss them. Depending on the changes, we may have to compromise, terminate the commission or require a fee. Please make sure you are content with your character’s design before commissioning. Small changes such as adding claws or eyelids, etc. BEFORE completion are perfectly acceptable.

We take pictures throughout the creation process and post them first in our patreon chat and on social media at a later date. You will personally be sent work in progress pictures and are free to request them. We only ask that you refrain from requesting more than once a week. We are working on multiple projects, among other things, and do not want to be overwhelmed with picture requests. If you do not wish to have your project posted on social media or work in progress pictures shared, we require a small fee due to missing out on advertising and marketing opportunities.

We do not accept deadlines under any circumstance. Estimated completion dates are given, but are subject to change constantly. It may change depending on your place in the queue, set backs, payment, etc.

There is a 30 day warranty for small fixes (example: loose seam, hole, something becoming loose). The warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage, wear and tear, incorrect sizing due to incorrect measurements being given, etc. Any fixes outside of the warranty will require a fee.

Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service and will include tracking. The price will be determined once it is boxed up and weighed. Your package will be fully insured for the full price of the products you purchased and will require a signature to ensure your package is not stolen. You are required to pay shipping in full before your suit or suit parts are sent out. If there are customs fees for international, you are responsible to pay that fee.
